Day 1 : Arrival Delhi
Upon arrival in Delhi International airport assist and transfer to hotel for immediate occupancy. Afternoon at leisure for personal activities. Overnight Stay.
Day 2 : Delhi - Srinagar
On time assistance and transfer to airport to board flight for Srinagar. Upon arrival assistance & transfer from Airport to Deluxe houseboat on Dal Lake (known as Shikara in local language). Late afternoon Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting floating and Vegetable gardens etc. Dinner overnight in Deluxe Houseboats/ Hotel The city’s greatest draw card is mesmerizingly placid Dal Lake, which stretches in a southwestern channel towards the city centre, paralleled by the hotel-lined Boulevard from which a colorful array of houseboats form a particularly colorful scene. This area usually remains free of trouble even during the worst disturbances, as do the famous Mughal gardens, strung out over several kilometres further east around the lake.
Day 3 : Srinagar
After breakfast visit the Mughal Gardens, Chashmi-e Shahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of pleasure) & Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). In the afternoon enjoy a Shikara ride on the Dal Lake. Overnight in the houseboat/hotel.
Day 4 : Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar (112 Kms)
After breakfast full day excursion of Gulmarg - the most beautiful summer resort in the valley. It is popular for its highest golf course and skiing in winters. You can enjoy a pony ride and also enjoy a Gondola ride (cable car) to Khilanmarg (at your own cost). Return to the houseboat/hotel by evening for overnight stay. The meaning of Gulmarg is the meadow of flower. Gulmarg is one of the fantastic places located in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. This is the blessed land where travelers enjoy to the fullest. It is popular for its astonishing beauty. You could see the beautiful landscape; get into adventure sports, such as skiing, golf, and trekking. Day 5 : Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar (168 Kms)
After breakfast full day excursion of Sonmarg which is one of the most beautiful drive during srinagar tour. Sonmarg also called Meadow of Gold is located at a height of 2690 meters. You may take a pony ride (at your own cost) to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. Return to the houseboat/hotel by evening for overnight stay. The drive to Sonamarg is through the Sindh Valley which presents yet another spectacular facet of countryside in Kashmir. Situated at an altitude of 2730 m, Sonamarg, ‘The meadow of gold’ has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and mahaseer. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer months.
Day 6 : Srinagar - Pahalgam - Srinagar (68 Km)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel at Srinagar and proceed to Pahalgam and en-route visit Avantipur Ruins. Important Note: In places like Pahalgam, new construction is banned to save ecology. In fact it is so strict in Pahalgam, that older hotels cannot be renovated or painted too. Thus many hotels have challenges with the interiors too. After lunch, embark on an excursion to Chandanwadi (3288 meters) and Betaab Valley.
Day 7 : Srinagar - Delhi
After breakfast transfer to the airport to board the flight for Delhi. Upon arrival transfer to hotel and late evening assistance and transfer to international airport to board the flight for your next destination.
