DAY 1 : ARRIVAL AT DELHI

DAY 2 : DELHI SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, get ready for a private Delhi sightseeing tour while you drive through Old Delhi - where the soul of Delhi resides. Visit the 17th century Jama Masjid - largest mosque of India, Chandni Chowk- the oldest and busiest market of Delhi, Rajghat - where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in 1948, Humayun’s Tomb - first garden style tomb of India and the Qutab Minar - tallest brick minaret in the world. Drive past India Gate (an arch monument built in the memory of soldiers who died in World War I) and Rashtrapati Bhawan (official residence of the President of India). DAY 3 : DELHI - AMRITSAR
Today, fly to Amritsar - the heart and soul of Punjab. Upon reaching, our company representative will meet you and chauffeur you to the Taj Swarna hotel. Located in the center of the city, Taj Swarna oozes benevolence, grace and poise with its designs inspired from traditonal Amritsar crafts as well as the prime attraction of Amritsar - the Golden Temple. Later in evening, our guide will take you to the Golden Temple at night. Here, you will witness the “Putting to Bed Ceremony” – a daily ceremony wherein the Holy Book of Sikhs “Guru Granth Sahib” is collected, carried back to Akal Takht every evening. At night, the Golden Temple glitters in the Holy Sarovar (Pool of Nectar) surrounding it. It is truly a sight to behold that shouldn’t be missed. Return to the hotel to rest for the day.
DAY 4 : AMRITSAR SIGHTSEEING
Visit the Golden Temple in the morning for better exploration of this stunning Sikh temple. Walk through the main temple and the huge Langar halls while our guide explains you the magnificent history behind the making of Golden Temple. Witness the kitchen within this temple’s complex where volunteers are engaged in preparing lunch and washing of utensils and a group of women is busy in rolling chapattis and in the Langar Hall, a group of volunteers serving food to everyone. Next, visit the Jallianwala Bagh, a memorial to people who were shot dead when a British commander General Dyer, opened fire on them in 1919. Head to the Wagah Border that runs along the Grand Trunk Road between Amritsar (India)and Lahore (Pakistan). Here you will see the daily ceremony, carried out with great pomp, where the Indian border guards and Pakistani border guards march towards each other and exchange a brusque handshake and both their national flags are lowered simultaneously while thousands of visitors wave out their national flags. It is a proud moment of pride and patriotism for both the countries. Return to the hotel to rest for the day.
DAY 5 : AMRITSAR - MUMBAI
On this day, take a flight to Mumbai. On arrival, our company representative will meet you and chauffeur you to the Taj Mahal Palace. Return to the hotel to rest for the day.
DAY 6 : MUMBAI SIGHTSEEING
Excursion to the Elephanta Caves. It is a complex of rock-cut caves inspired from Brahmmical architecture displaying vibrant sculptures. It is famous for the life-sized three-headed rock-cut sculpture of Lord Shiva. Board your ferry back to the Gateway of India. Spend time clicking photographs at the 20th century Gateway of India built in honor of the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to India in 1911. Later, visit the Prince of Wales Museum, also known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, inspired from Indo-Saracenic architecture. It is said to have more than 60,000 objects on display for visitors. Head to the Hanging Gardens built in 1881. It is located atop the Malabar Hills and is popularly known for its mesmerizing sunset views over the Arabian Sea. The flower clock is one of its must-see attractons. Later in evening, spend time at the Marine Drive. At night, it is lighted up with a string of lights that resembles a necklace. This is why, it’s called the Queen’s Necklace. Return to hotel to rest for the day.
DAY 7 : MUMBAI - VARANASI
Board your flight to Varanasi. On arrival, our company representative will meet you and chauffeur you to the Taj Nadesar Palace Hotel followed by check-in. DAY 8 : VARANASI SIGHTSEEING
Enjoy an early morning boat ride soaking in the beautiful views while your boat traverses through the ghats of Varanasi. Next visit Sarnath, a popular Buddhist pilgrimage spot. It is the place where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon to his five disciples. Later in afternoon, walk through the ghats starting from Assi Ghat to Dashashwamedh Ghat that depict the lifecycle of birth till death. In the evening, walk through the famous Vishwanath Gali known for its multitude range of Banarasi and silk brocade sarees. Return to hotel to rest for the day.
DAY 9 : VARANASI - AGRA
After breakfast, our company representative will drop you off at the Airport to board your flight to Agra. DAY 10 : AGRA SIGHTSEEING
Early morning visit to Taj Mahal - the most beautiful monument symbolic of love, dedication and purity. It is the 7th wonder of the world that came to life in 1631 which is now recognized as the jewel of Muslim art in India. The spectacular sunrise views at the Taj Mahal is something you cant’t afford to miss when in Agra. The Taj Mahal reflects different shades as it reflects pinkish shade in the morning, milky white in the evening and glittery gold in moonlight. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Visit the Agra Fort, known as the Red Fort of Agra as it resembles the Red Fort in Delhi. It is a massive fort made of red sandstone and this is how, it got its name. While exploring the fort, visit its splendid attractions that include the Palace of Mirrors (Sheesh Mahal), Hall of Public Audience (Diwan-i-Aam), Hall of Private Audience (Diwan-i-Khas), Nagina Mosque (Gem Mosque), Mina Masjid (Heavenly Mosque) etc. Visit the 16th century Jahangir Palace built by Emperor Akbar. It was the former Zenana (private residence) of the royal Mughal women and Noor Jahan, wife of Jahangir (son of Akbar), stayed here till her death. Head to the Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah whose structure resembles like that of a jewel box placed in a garden. It is also sometimes regarded as “Baby Taj”. It was the first tomb in India that was made purely of white marble. Return to hotel to rest for the day.
DAY 11 : AGRA - JAIPUR
After breakfast, proceed with a drive to Jaipur. It is known as the Pink City of India since most of the buildings of this city display use of pink stone at a grand scale. It is the first planned city of early India and the largest city of Rajasthan. This centuries-old city is a must visit for history buffs, Indian food lovers and shoppers. On arrival, our representative will transfer you to the Jai Mahal Palace followed by check-in. The Jai Mahal Palace inspired by Indo-Saracenic architecture is located amidst the Mughal Gardens. DAY 12 : JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING

Enjoy an elephant ride to and fro the fort where the fort is located followed by a visit to the Jaigarh Fort located atop the Amer Fort. Built by Jai Singh II (who founded the city of Jaipur), it boasts the world’s largest cannon "Jaivana Cannon". Move on to the City Palace - the royal palace of Jaipur with great historical importance. It was the former residence of Jai Singh II. Head to the Hawa Mahal, also called the “Palace of Winds”. It is an ideal example of architectural brilliance of Jaipur as it boasts the intricately-carved 953 windows with beautiful latticework. Visit the Albert Hall Museum that showcases an exquisite collection of armory and weaponry, stone and metal sculptures, crystal works etc. In the evening, spend time at the picturesque Man Sagar Lake and soak in the charm of the Jal Mahal or "Water Palace". DAY 13 : JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, go for an excursion to the legendary bazaars of Jaipur that are redolent of spices, sweetmeats and spicy delicacies, traditional art and crafts etc. Later, visit the Dera Amer. It is a hub of outdoor recreational and adventure activities and is surrounded by a dense forest. Spend time bathing and feeding elephants. You can also enjoy elephant, horse and camel safaris here.
DAY 14 : JAIPUR - UDAIPUR
Take a short flight to Udaipur - a dreamy city in Rajasthan. Nestled amidst the Aravalli Hills, it is a city filled with pristine lakes, fascinating Havelis, vibrant bazaars and an ancient ambiance. On arrival, our company representative will meet you and chauffeur you to the Taj Lake Palace Hotel followed by check-in.
