Kumarghat Tourism

Kumarghat is a town, municipality, block and a sub-division in Unakoti district in the Indian state of Tripura. a. It is know for its extensive pineapple cultivation. This being the prime occupation of the inhabitants, Kumarghat in Tripura is the highest producer of the fruit in the state. Kumarghat Tripura supplies large quantity of pineapples to Assam and other neighbouring states in the north east of India. Kumarghat is at a distance of 140 km from the state capital, Agartala.
