Located 80 kilometres southwest of Alwar, this picturesque spot houses hot springs and is also known for a temple dedicated to Naraini Mata. The yearly fair held here on the occasion of Baisakh Sudi is attended by people of all castes with the congregation of ‘nais’ (barbers) being the largest. Naraini Mata is a place rift with history, culture, traditions, and old-fashioned beauty. This is believed to be the place where Narayani Mata is the place where the incident of first sati (immolation by fire) took place prior to Rani Sati first took place. The destination close to the Sarsika Wildlife Sanctuary is scenic, so a trip to the temple offers a blend of peace and relaxation. A small spring near the temple adds further charm to the beauty of the spot.
